In 2014 we gained a major material amendment to an existing planning consent. By inserting 3 additional floor levels and reconfiguring the internal layouts and designing new elevations we created additional accommodation within the consented envelope increasing the number of apartments from 359 to 454, a 26% increase. Now completed and occupied.
