A challenging site consisting of a semi-detached property on a sloping site with a brief to create luxury garden flats available under the help to buy scheme.  We managed to create 8 new homes by sensitively extending and adapting the existing house.  Each with its own garden pod.  We were also responsible for the construction and building control drawings and the landscape design. Completed July 2019 and all sold.
