1-3 South Drive, Coulsdon

 

After gaining consent for 9 new apartments at 1 South Drive in June 2019 we were asked to look at an enlarged site including the neighbouring bungalow.  The site slopes considerably and considering this and other constraints we have designed a contemporary scheme with 41 apartments. Submitted for Pre-App June 2019.
